Content Coordinator

Role Overview

The Content Coordinator will play a key role in managing and executing content across our client´s platforms. This role involves working with editorial content, asset creation, content scheduling, and third-party collaboration. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong passion for content and digital media.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

• Build & update visual assets for content series using Figma.

• Publish and manage content updates in the content management system (CMS) to ensure timely and accurate information distribution.

• Help maintain and update key content databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Manage incoming content submissions and schedule posts for publication.

• Maintain and update databases with relevant industry data.

• Manage and schedule push notifications to engage and inform users.

Third-Party & Internal Coordination

• Work with external partners to distribute news and content across various platforms.

• Manage social media collaborations by coordinating with external partners to enhance audience engagement.

• Support content-related partnerships and communications with external stakeholders.

• Coordinate across internal departments for content plans, schedules, and campaign timelines.

Day-to-Day Tasks

• Assist in editorial selection and prepare content for publishing.

• Create & modify assets in Figma for various content pieces.

• Manage communication across content series and campaigns.

Create and build out email templates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work alongside the Content Team to execute and deliver content responsibilities.

• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, and Data teams as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Figma.

• Previous CMS (Content Management System) experience.

• Ability to collaborate and work well with cross-functional teams.

• Adaptability & willingness to learn new tools and workflows.

Experience & Qualifications

• 1- 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.

Proficiency in English.
