We are currently seeking a Prime Named Account Executive to join our General Business team in Peru, with a focus on driving growth across a portfolio of Commercial Business Unit (CBU) accounts. This is a quota-carrying role where you will manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to closing deals and ensuring long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales cycle for a portfolio of CBU accounts, from prospecting and discovery to closing and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.

• Growth Focus: Drive growth within the assigned portfolio, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.

• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders at each account, positioning Salesforce solutions as the ultimate solution for their business needs.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions and optimize the customer experience.

• Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas through effective sales strategies, accurate forecasting, and timely execution.

• Strategic Selling: Utilize Salesforce’s suite of solutions, leveraging data, AI, and CRM to address customer pain points and drive business transformation.

Requirements:

• Proven success in B2B sales with strong expertise in managing and closing sales in a complex, fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated experience in quota-carrying roles with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of organization and focus.

• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).

• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for problem-solving and customer success.
