About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive for our AI Agents team based in Argentina. This role is ideal for high-velocity SMB SaaS closers who thrive on selling directly to US owners and operators. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and achieving growth by engaging with potential clients, showcasing our innovative solutions, and closing deals.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing, ensuring that you meet and exceed your sales quotas. We value individuals who understand buyer economics and focus on selling outcomes rather than just features. You will need to confidently hold pricing, structure deals effectively, and follow up aggressively to convert leads into satisfied customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, objection handling, closing, contract negotiation, and first payment collection.

• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our AI solutions can drive their business outcomes.

• Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, focusing on deals typically ranging from $300–$650+ MRR.

• Follow up diligently on leads and maintain communication to ensure successful sales conversions.

• Utilize strong commercial judgment to prioritize sales ability over company prestige.

• Work within US business hours to align with our target market.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that resonate with potential clients.

• Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and improve processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

• Experience in full-cycle sales, from initial contact to closing deals.

• Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential.

• Strong understanding of buyer economics and the ability to sell outcomes effectively.

• Confident in holding pricing and structuring deals without resorting to discounting.

• Ability to manage short sales cycles and close deals in one or two calls.

• Strong commercial judgment and decision-making skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the SaaS industry, particularly in AI or technology solutions.

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

• Experience selling to SMBs in the US market.

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
