Summary: The Vice President of America’s will lead the team in meeting or exceeding budget revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow targets while ensuring compliance in highly regulated, access-controlled markets. This executive role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise across multiple segments including commercial, cargo, and engine operation and a proven track record in business development. This is a leadership role accountable for the development and execution of Chromalloy’s America’s market business strategy, driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with Airlines, major engine lessors and a familiarity with the Engine MROs to drive growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership in managing customer relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and fostering innovation leading to a tailored customer solution. Education: Undergraduate degree, MBA strongly preferred Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience including at least 6 years in a senior leadership role in a similar operating environment / scope.
