About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an AI-Native Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, content, growth, outreach, podcast production, events, and AI-powered operational workflows inside a fast-growing company.

This is not a traditional Marketing Coordinator role.

AI is central to how you’ll work. Rather than simply using AI to polish finished work, you’ll build, prompt, automate, and improve AI-powered workflows that help the business execute faster and more effectively.

You’ll work directly with leadership across:

• AI workflows & automation

• Social media & content

• Podcast production

• Cold email & LinkedIn outreach

• Websites & landing pages

• Conferences & webinars

• Email marketing

• Sales collateral & creative assets

• Growth operations

If you live inside AI tools, constantly experiment with new systems, and naturally look for ways to automate repetitive work, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Own

AI Systems & Workflow Automation — Core Focus

Work extensively with tools such as:

• Claude

• Codex

• OpenClaw

• AI agents

• AI copilots

• Automation platforms

You’ll:

• Build and improve AI-powered workflows

• Develop reusable prompt systems

• Create custom automations for marketing and operations

• Experiment with agentic workflows and internal AI tooling

• Research and test new AI tools as they launch

• Identify repetitive processes that can be automated

• Use AI as the starting point for execution, not simply as an editing tool

Content & Social Media

• Manage company social channels end-to-end

• Create AI-assisted LinkedIn content for leadership

• Build and maintain content calendars

• Develop social posts, hooks, and thought-leadership content

• Repurpose long-form material into multiple content formats

• Proactively bring new growth, campaign, and content ideas to leadership

Turn podcast transcripts and other long-form content into:

• Social posts

• Hooks

• Short-form clips

• Thought-leadership content

• Promotional assets

Podcast Production

Support the podcast workflow from recording through publishing.

You’ll:

• Coordinate podcast recordings and setup

• Edit audio and video

• Prepare and publish episodes

• Create show notes

• Produce social clips

• Develop promotional assets

• Repurpose episodes into additional marketing content

Cold Outreach & Lead Generation

Build and manage cold outreach across email and LinkedIn.

Work with tools such as:

• Clay

• Instantly

• Smartlead

Support:

• Lead sourcing and database development

• Cold email campaigns

• LinkedIn outreach

• Domain setup

• Inbox warm-up

• Outreach sequences

• Campaign optimization

• Lead and response tracking

Design & Creative Operations

• Update and improve AI-built websites and landing pages

• Create marketing and sales assets including:

• Pitch decks

• Postcards

• Event signage

• Conference materials

• Sales collateral

• Presentation decks

• Work with Canva, Claude Design, Google Slides, and similar tools

• Support Amazon KDP and self-publishing workflows when needed

Email Marketing & Communication

• Build and send newsletters

• Support nurture sequences and outreach campaigns

• Draft professional client and partner communications

• Coordinate sales follow-ups

• Support client gifting programs

• Maintain funnel communication workflows

• Use AI to improve speed, personalization, and consistency

Events, Conferences & Webinars

Coordinate operational details for:

• Conferences

• Webinars

• Travel

• Booths

• Sponsorships

You’ll manage:

• Registrations

• Sponsorship deadlines

• Vendor coordination

• Booth materials

• Presentation materials

• Slide decks

• Meeting agendas

• Event-related logistics and follow-ups

Light Technical Operations

You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable navigating technical systems such as:

• GitHub

• Supabase

• Cloudflare

You should be willing to:

• Make basic DNS updates

• Handle simple configuration changes

• Make basic commits when appropriate

• Read technical documentation

• Troubleshoot unfamiliar systems independently

• Use AI tools to help solve technical and operational problems

Required Experience & Skills

AI & Automation

• Strong daily, hands-on use of AI tools

• Experience with Claude, AI copilots, or similar platforms

• Familiarity with AI workflows and automation platforms

• Ability to create effective prompts and repeatable AI workflows

• Comfortable learning unfamiliar AI tools independently

• Strong interest in emerging AI technologies

We are looking for someone who is genuinely AI-native — not someone who occasionally uses ChatGPT to rewrite emails.

Marketing & Content

• Experience with social media management

• Experience creating and coordinating content

• Understanding of marketing workflows and campaign execution

• Strong written English and copywriting ability

• Ability to repurpose content across multiple channels

Operations & Execution

• Excellent organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail

• High level of resourcefulness and independence

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Comfortable working with dashboards, technical tools, and unfamiliar systems

• Reliable remote-work setup and internet connection

• Availability during 9 AM – 5 PM U.S. Central Time

• Supporting leadership with a high-priority execution project
