About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an AI-Native Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, content, growth, podcast production, outbound campaigns, events, and AI-powered operational workflows.

This is not a traditional Marketing Coordinator role. AI is expected to be the starting point for execution—not simply a tool used to polish finished work.

You’ll work directly with leadership and use tools such as Claude, Codex, OpenClaw, AI agents, and automation platforms to build workflows, accelerate execution, and improve how marketing operations run.

What You’ll Own

AI Workflows, Agents & Automation

• Work extensively with Claude, Codex, OpenClaw, AI agents, and automation tools

• Build and improve:

• AI-powered workflows

• Prompt systems

• Custom automations

• Internal AI tools

• Repeatable operating processes

• Use AI to accelerate research, content, outreach, creative production, and operational execution

• Research and test emerging AI tools as they launch

• Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated or streamlined

• Continuously improve workflows based on quality, speed, and business impact

• Treat AI as the starting point for execution rather than an occasional productivity tool

Content & Social Media

• Manage company social media channels end-to-end

• Draft and schedule LinkedIn content for leadership

• Build and maintain structured content calendars

• Repurpose long-form content and podcast transcripts into:

• Hooks

• Social posts

• Short-form clips

• Thought-leadership content

• Promotional assets

• Develop new content angles and campaign ideas proactively

• Monitor performance and refine content based on engagement

Podcast Production & Distribution

• Coordinate podcast recording schedules and production workflows

• Support audio and video recording setup

• Edit podcast audio and video content

• Prepare episodes for publishing

• Create:

• Show notes

• Social clips

• Captions

• Promotional content

• Manage the workflow from recording through final publication

• Repurpose podcast content across additional marketing channels

Cold Outreach & Lead Generation

• Build and manage cold email campaigns

• Create and maintain LinkedIn outreach workflows

• Work with platforms such as:

• Clay

• Instantly

• Smartlead

• Support domain setup and email warm-up

• Build and organize targeted lead databases

• Develop and test outreach messaging and sequences

• Monitor campaign performance and improve targeting, messaging, and response rates

Design, Websites & Creative Operations

• Update and improve AI-built websites and landing pages

• Create marketing and sales assets, including:

• Postcards

• Event signage

• Sales collateral

• Conference materials

• Presentations

• Pitch decks

• Work with Canva, Claude Design, Google Slides, and similar tools

• Maintain consistent brand presentation across creative assets

• Support Amazon KDP and self-publishing workflows when required

Email Marketing & Communications

• Build and distribute newsletters

• Support nurture sequences and email campaigns

• Draft professional communications for clients, partners, and prospects

• Create sales follow-up messaging

• Support funnel communication workflows

• Assist with client gifting and relationship-building initiatives

• Use AI-assisted workflows to improve communication quality and execution speed

Events, Conferences & Webinars

• Coordinate conferences, webinars, and related marketing initiatives

• Manage:

• Registrations

• Sponsorship deadlines

• Vendor communication

• Travel logistics

• Booth materials

• Shipping and event assets

• Prepare presentation materials, slide decks, agendas, and supporting documents

• Track deadlines and ensure event deliverables are completed on time

Light Technical Operations

• Navigate platforms such as:

• GitHub

• Supabase

• Cloudflare

• Handle basic operational and technical changes, including:

• DNS updates

• Configuration adjustments

• Basic commits

• Read technical documentation and troubleshoot straightforward issues independently

• Coordinate with developers when deeper technical implementation is required

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong daily, hands-on use of AI tools and AI copilots

• Experience with tools such as Claude or similar LLM platforms

• Demonstrated ability to build or improve:

• AI workflows

• Prompt systems

• Automations

• AI-assisted operating processes

• Experience across marketing coordination, content, social media, or growth operations

• Excellent written English and strong copywriting ability

• Strong organizational and project execution skills

• Comfortable navigating:

• AI platforms

• Technical dashboards

• Automation tools

• New software independently

• Ability to research and learn unfamiliar tools without extensive instruction

• Highly proactive and comfortable owning multiple priorities

• Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup

• Availability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Central Time

• Podcast production, audio editing, or video editing experience

• Hands-on experience with Clay, Instantly, or Smartlead
