Job Summary

Are you a high-energy outbound specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? In this role, you will be the engine of our recruitment funnel, reaching out to passive executive talent to spark interest in career-defining opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Execute 90+ outbound cold calls per day to passive healthcare leadership candidates.

• Consistently secure 15+ qualified appointments per week for the senior recruitment team.

• Manage high-volume cold email outreach and follow-up sequences.

• Overcome complex objections to qualify candidates based on specific leadership criteria.

• Maintain a clean and organized pipeline within the CRM to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.

• Operate with a high degree of independence while adhering to strict CST business hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SDR or in an outbound cold-calling role targeting passive prospects.

• Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to handle high-rejection environments with a positive, persistent attitude.

• Mastery of objection handling and lead qualification techniques.

• Highly self-organized with the ability to manage time effectively without direct supervision.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience using Crelate (CRM) or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Previous experience in Healthcare, Consulting, or Agency recruitment environments.

• Background in lead sourcing and identifying niche talent pools.

• Marketing or social selling experience.
