Appointment Setting Representative - Remote

Empower A World Class Health and Wellness Sales Team with Qualified Appointments

If you are genuinely passionate about health and wellness, experienced in remote work, a skilled communicator who thrives on structured processes, and proficient with technology to drive meaningful outcomes, this position may be the ideal opportunity to align your enthusiasm with a rewarding career.

The Role:

At Tribe Wellness Sales, we are devoted to supporting individuals in enhancing their health through high-quality products and services. As an Appointment Setting Representative (ASR), you will be instrumental in connecting with customers who need our help, scheduling Protocol Review Appointments that pave the way for life-changing wellness journeys. Our proven systems, scripts, and training are designed to amplify your impact in health, ensuring you succeed while making a positive impact.

In this position, you will:

• Conduct outbound calls to our customers, using our established scripts to confidently and clearly book Protocol Review Appointments that focus on health optimization.

• Report to the ASR Director, join daily team stand-ups to foster collaboration, and participate in regular one-on-one meetings with your manager for tailored guidance and development.

• Measure success through key performance indicators: Appointments Set, Appointment Show Rate, and Appointment Outcome. We provide comprehensive training to help you excel in these areas, leveraging your wellness passion to build authentic connections.

Compensation:

The role includes a base pay of $6 per hour, complemented by bonuses tied to closed appointments. Those who bring genuine enthusiasm and skill can earn substantial incentives, with resources provided to maximize your performance and rewards.

Remote Work Environment:

This fully remote position requires a high-speed, stable internet connection and technical proficiency, including familiarity with Salesforce and VOIP phone systems. Your prior remote work experience will ensure smooth integration into our virtual team.

What We're Looking For:

• A background in appointment setting is a plus, but not required.

• Highly-driven self-starters, motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to meet and exceed goals.

• Excellent verbal and written skills, with top-notch communication and a knack for building genuine connections.

• Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.

• Reliable internet and equipment, since this role involves frequent phone and video calls requiring clear, uninterrupted conversations.

This means you should have:

• A fast, reliable laptop or desktop with a working mic, camera, and headset to comfortably run our call systems and tools simultaneously.

• Ethernet connection strongly preferred for the most consistent call quality (usually just an inexpensive cable connecting your device to your modem).

• Dedicated internet speed of at least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.

Join us if you're ready to play a pivotal role in reshaping the world of men's health and wellness while thriving in a growth-centric global environment with amazing people. If that sounds like you, Tribe Wellness is your tribe. Apply today and work with a very different type of company.
