Bilingual Bookkeeper Assistant –

And we’re looking for a Bilingual Bookkeeper Assistant to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Review and verify charges and pricing for accuracy.

• Input and manage charges within the company's systems.

• Double-check pricing and identify discrepancies or errors.

• Support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks.

• Work with proprietary systems and established processes.

• Communicate professionally with clients as needed.

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when handling financial information.

Qualifications:

• Previous bookkeeping experience.

• Accounting background or relevant accounting experience.

• Bilingual communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Comfortable reviewing numbers, charges, and pricing.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and follow established processes.

• Comfortable learning proprietary systems.

• Candidates must be based in Latin America or Mexico.

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule and Location:

Schedule: Part-Time, flexible within 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Location: Latin America & Mexico

Salary Package:

$600.00 per month
