Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (ENG + SPA) - Remote

This is a full-time virtual (work-from-home) Customer Support contractor position in Mexico. You will be working with English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers in the USA and Canada. We’re looking for team players who bring a desire to have an impact on the organization and are ready to grow into upper-level positions quickly.

You must be fluent in both English and Spanish, tech-savvy, and have at least 1 year of experience in customer support or sales roles serving English-speaking customers. Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with days off scheduled during the week. Familiarity with Zendesk Support is a plus. Previous residence in the US is a big plus. Must be able to pass a background check.
