Those that you cannot resolve, you collaborate with team resources (i.e. peers and Senior Billing Accountant) to ensure accurate and timely resolutions following the established escalation process. It is imperative that all interactions, whether internal or external, reflect the Billing Team's dedication to providing a positive customer experience focused on customer retention. All customer and internal communications are conducted primarily in English.

In addition to the above, the Billing Accountant performs key billing functions such as creating subscription invoices, one-time invoices, and approving/processing credit memo requests. This role requires 1–5 years of experience, with knowledge of Salesforce, WorkDay Financials, internal processes, invoices, credit and debit adjustments, billing records, product billing, and service cancellations. This role operates on a US-based billing calendar; availability during US business hours is required, with extended availability expected during month-end and quarter-end periods.
