Your Purpose

You will build trusted relationships with key cross-functional business partners and stakeholders at the highest levels of the organization, while also performing timely and accurate financial reporting, analysis, and strategic planning, and supporting various teams with your expertise.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience in a financial role (FP&A experience required); public company experience is an asset.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and eagerness to build strong partnerships and communicate with multiple cross-functional partners/stakeholders; possess the confidence and tact required to express views to both senior stakeholders and peers

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with very strong Google Sheets / Excel and Google Slides / Powerpoint skills

• Hands-on experience pulling & analyzing complex data; solid financial modeling skills

• Strong bias towards action and pursuing continuous improvement; excitement and confidence to embrace new ways of doing things, including automating functions leveraging AI

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently and proactively to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs

• Highly skilled at figuring out and managing the processes and timelines necessary to get work accomplished; consistent track record of successfully building processes and procedures that can scale during high-growth periods

• A passion for solving complex and impactful problems, using an organized and logical approach to find solutions; gets into the details and looks beyond the obvious to understand the root cause of problems

• Exceptional communication, presentation and writing skills with the proven ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple & easy-to-understand way; ability to accurately tell the story behind the numbers in a compelling manner to influence senior leadership, particularly those unfamiliar with financial concepts

• Demonstrated high sense of urgency and responsibility; if something seems off, proactively take immediate actions to figure out what’s going on

• Bias towards solving problems and pursuing continuous improvement; excitement and confidence to embrace new ways of doing things, including automating functions

What You Will Do

• Build trusted relationships with key cross-functional business partners and stakeholders at the highest levels of the organization

• Timely and accurate month/quarter/year end consolidation and reporting. Analyze the financial performance of different business lines and countries and generate insightful reports to facilitate decision making.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of key company-wide financial and strategic planning processes (e.g., quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning), focusing on process streamlining.

• Contribute to the consolidated financial modeling for the business, including scenario modeling, risk/opportunity assessment, and resource allocation analysis. Perform strategic and financial analysis to support key business decisions using a data-driven approach.

• Collaborate with different business units and Finance teams to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual expense forecasts.

• Work closely with the People team to develop and track payroll expenses and related metrics.

• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the subject matter, models, and key drivers, and be able to articulate the big-picture story of the business financial results.

• Assist the financial reporting team during month-end close for accuracy and completeness of information.

• Support the preparation of external Board materials and other key deliverables (internal and external).

• Proactively identify and contribute to improvements in current processes, reports, and models by leveraging financial data, non-financial data, external benchmarks, automation, and/or prior industry experiences.

• Collaborate with the Data team, ensuring consistency and reliability of key data. Assist in the design and validation of new metrics/models/dashboards to drive key insights on the business.

• Provide assistance on ad-hoc projects
