About the Role

This role owns Darkroom's creator program and builds Shadow's from nothing. The Darkroom program is run today by the VP of Marketing, which caps how far it can go.

Our creators are operators. They run brands, agencies, and growth teams, and their audiences are founders, marketers, and operators making buying decisions. That makes this a B2B creator role, which is the part we care about most. Sourcing is judged on operating credibility and point of view rather than follower count, and the commercial structure runs closer to a partnership than to a rate card for a sponsored post. Someone whose background is fashion or consumer product influencer campaigns will find that very little of that experience transfers.

The two sides of the job have separate goals. At Darkroom you grow the roster and the volume and quality of what it publishes across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. At Shadow you build a creator-led acquisition funnel that does not exist yet, measured on signups rather than on Darkroom's follower numbers. You will report to the VP of Marketing and work alongside a designer, a video editor, and a Marketing Ops & Social Media Manager who keeps the creator CRM current. Design and video are not your job. You brief the designer and video editor for the assets creators need, and you own the relationships and the funnel. This is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone, and we are hiring for it in Brazil, Portugal, and Spain.

What You'll Do

Darkroom's Creator Program

• Run the existing roster day to day: relationships, briefs, scheduling, and the cadence of what they publish.

• Source new operator-creators, judged on what they have built and how sharp their thinking is.

• Raise the volume and quality of creator content across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, working toward the Instagram target of 40,000 followers by the end of 2027.

• Collect and organize reviews, testimonials, and social proof from creators and clients so the rest of the team can use them.

Shadow's Creator Channel

• Build the channel from zero: find the operators whose audiences are Shadow's buyers, and bring them on.

• Design a creator-led acquisition funnel, from post to signup, and work with the Retention Marketer on the email path behind it.

• Report on it as its own channel, measured on signups and pipeline rather than folded into Darkroom's numbers.

Across Both

• Structure and manage the commercial side of each relationship: fees, affiliate and referral terms, co-marketing, advisory arrangements.

• Feed creators the strategy, data, and product access they need to say something specific rather than generic.

• Keep the creator CRM accurate, working with the Marketing Ops Manager.

• Know which creators are producing results and which are not, and act on it.

What We're Looking For

• A real understanding of B2B. This is the most important thing on this list. Our creators talk to founders, operators, and growth teams, and a creator program run like a consumer brand's will not work here.

• Genuine experience running creator, partner, or community programs where the creators were practitioners with an audience. Years matter less than whether you have actually done it.

• Enough commerce and growth literacy to hold a real conversation with someone who runs a brand or an agency. Creators at this level work out within one exchange whether you know the space.

• Smart in a way that shows up in the work. You can judge whether an audience is real, structure a deal that works for both sides, and brief someone without flattening their voice.

• Experience structuring the commercial side of these relationships, including fees, affiliate and referral terms, and co-marketing.

• Organized enough to run a growing roster without anything slipping: contracts, deliverables, payment schedules, all of it.

• AI-native. Our team works alongside AI for analytics, reporting, and drafting, and you should be excited to build workflows with it.

• Comfortable building a channel that does not exist yet, for Shadow, while running an established one, for Darkroom, at the same time.

Bonus Points

• You have built an audience of your own, on any platform.

• Experience marketing a SaaS or software product to a business audience.

• Agency, ecommerce, or performance marketing background.

• You already know creators in the commerce, growth, or B2B software space.

• Familiarity with Notion, our operating layer.
