About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled, hands-on CRM Manager to lead lifecycle and loyalty marketing execution.

You'll own day-to-day CRM operations across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging, using Braze to build sophisticated customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and personalized campaigns.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll help evolve Insomnia's CRM program from broad promotional messaging toward a more personalized, data-driven approach that increases customer engagement, purchase frequency, retention, and revenue.

You'll play a key role in strengthening internal CRM capabilities, improving processes, and building a more scalable lifecycle marketing program.

What You'll Do

• Own the day-to-day execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

• Build, launch, QA, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns and automated Canvas journeys within Braze.

• Manage a high-volume campaign calendar, coordinating approximately 10–20 communications per week across multiple channels.

• Develop customer segmentation and personalization strategies based on purchasing behavior, engagement, loyalty activity, and lifecycle stage.

• Build and optimize automated customer journeys, including welcome, abandoned cart, retention, and reactivation flows.

• Execute loyalty marketing initiatives, leveraging member data, rewards, and targeted offers to drive engagement and repeat purchases.

• Design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion, engagement, customer retention, and campaign effectiveness.

• Monitor CRM performance, deliverability, messaging frequency, and channel costs, including SMS and push usage.

• Develop reporting and actionable insights to measure campaign performance, revenue contribution, and customer behavior.

• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Digital, Analytics, and Operations teams to ensure campaigns are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on schedule.

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve execution, and build scalable CRM processes.

About You

• 4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or a related discipline within a consumer-focused business.

• Deep, hands-on Braze experience is required, including campaign creation, Canvas journeys, segmentation, QA, troubleshooting, and reporting.

• Strong experience executing high-volume CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.

• Experience developing lifecycle strategies, automated customer journeys, and personalized marketing campaigns.

• Strong understanding of loyalty marketing, including member segmentation, rewards communications, retention, and reactivation.

• Experience managing deliverability, messaging frequency, campaign costs, and performance optimization.

• Strong analytical skills and experience using customer data, reporting, and experimentation to drive measurable business results.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• A proactive, resourceful, hands-on approach, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Experience in DTC, e-commerce, restaurants/QSR, food delivery, subscription, fitness, beauty, retail, or another high-frequency consumer business is strongly preferred.
