About the Role

A U.S.-based law firm is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented data entry specialist to support its legal operations.

This role is primarily focused on accurately entering, updating, and maintaining case-related information within the firm’s systems. The specialist will work with records related to diminished value and personal injury matters.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable working with large amounts of information, and able to follow established procedures with a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update client and case information in the firm’s systems.

• Input records related to diminished value and personal injury cases.

• Review information for accuracy and completeness before entering it.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic records.

• Follow established data-entry procedures and internal workflows.

• Identify missing or inconsistent information and escalate when necessary.

• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client and legal information.

• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations while managing assigned workload.

Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good computer and typing skills.

• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Reliable internet connection and appropriate remote-work setup.

• Good written English communication skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with a U.S. law firm is a plus.

• Personal injury experience is highly preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with legal case management systems is a plus.

• Experience entering or managing large volumes of records or documentation.
