About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager (B2B) to lead and scale the company’s marketing strategy across paid media, organic growth, outbound marketing, and brand initiatives.

This is a high-impact leadership role that combines strategic planning with hands-on execution. You’ll own the entire B2B marketing funnel—from demand generation and lead nurturing to brand positioning and performance optimization—while working closely with leadership and sales to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

What You’ll Own

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.

• Own the marketing funnel from awareness through conversion and customer acquisition.

• Partner closely with leadership and sales to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.

• Build, manage, and mentor internal marketing resources, agencies, or contractors as needed.

• Identify scalable opportunities across acquisition, retention, and brand marketing.

Campaign Management & Growth

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:

• Paid Media

• SEO

• Email Marketing

• Outbound Marketing

• Social Media

• Partnerships

• Content Marketing

• Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and efficiency.

• Oversee campaign messaging, positioning, and creative direction.

• Launch performance-driven campaigns focused on pipeline growth and customer acquisition.

• Continuously test new acquisition channels, audiences, creatives, and messaging strategies.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

• Track and analyze key marketing metrics, including:

• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

• Cost Per Lead (CPL)

• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

• Conversion Rates

• Website Traffic

• Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)

• Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)

• Revenue Attribution

• Build dashboards and reports using platforms such as:

• HubSpot

• Google Analytics

• Looker Studio

• Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

• Continuously improve campaign performance through A/B testing and experimentation.

Content, Branding & Messaging

• Collaborate with content, design, and technical teams to deliver consistent marketing execution.

• Guide brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels.

• Support development of:

• Blogs

• Landing pages

• Outbound campaigns

• Marketing assets

• Ensure messaging aligns with customer pain points, business goals, and brand voice.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and funnel conversion.

• Partner with Operations and Product teams to align marketing with business priorities.

• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and broader company growth initiatives.
