Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant to technically lead complex consulting and implementation initiatives involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and CRM.

In this role, you will design and guide CRM solutions, define technical patterns and key implementation decisions, and help ensure scalable, secure, reliable, and well-integrated solutions that improve sales, customer service, and the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design complex solutions integrating Dynamics 365 CRM, Customer Experience, and business process modeling.

• Define technical patterns, controls, and standards for Dynamics 365 configuration and Power Platform.

• Establish strategies for data, security, integrations, and critical production environments.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and lead root cause analysis.

• Optimize solutions for reliability, security, performance, automation, and cost efficiency.

• Evaluate technical alternatives and communicate risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.

• Lead technical reviews, solution validations, and operational readiness activities.

• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to less experienced consultants.

• Support technical decision-making with clients, architecture, security, and operations teams.

• Identify reusable assets and propose improvements to technical standards, processes, and delivery practices.

• Maintain clear documentation and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Technology, or a related field. Equivalent demonstrated professional experience may also be considered.

• 5+ years of experience in consulting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / CRM or closely related solutions.

• Strong experience working with complex production environments.

• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse and CRM configuration, business and sales processes, customer journey and service processes, data modeling and integrations, security and access management, and automation and business rules.

• Experience considering quality, service continuity, performance, cost, metrics, and technical risk when designing solutions.

• B2 English proficiency, with the ability to understand technical documentation and communicate effectively in a professional environment.
