About the opportunity

Imagine a WhatsApp group full of strangers who share the same dream trip. Days later, they're a community that can't wait to travel together. That's the magic you'll help create.

Epic Trips are group travel experiences guided by Social Media Creators with engaged, passionate audiences. Almost every booking happens during a 5-day live launch campaign run inside a WhatsApp community, and you're the person who makes that campaign come alive.

As an Epic Sales Representative, you'll own the moment of every trip launch: welcoming curious travelers, building genuine connections, and helping them say yes to the adventure. Between launches, you'll make sure no interested traveler is left without a follow-up, working our lead pipeline in HubSpot.

This isn't a customer support role. It's a high-energy, people-first sales role where your communication, creativity, and ability to connect with people you've never met are your greatest strengths.

What you'll do

During launch week

• Bring WhatsApp communities of 50 to 1,000+ potential travelers to life during 5-day live launch campaigns, keeping the energy high and the conversations flowing.

• Reply personally to every new member who introduces themselves, so each person feels genuinely seen, welcomed, and excited about the trip.

• Run a structured daily launch sequence (content posts, Q&A, social proof moments, booking announcements, and urgency messaging) across several campaigns at the same time.

• Spark real conversations between members, turning a group of strangers into a community that wants to travel together.

• Answer travelers' questions about pricing, inclusions, destinations, payment plans, and logistics, quickly and accurately.

• Celebrate new bookings in real time, building momentum and social proof inside the group.

• Share a daily Engagement Rating for every launch day, keeping the Account Executive and the creator up to date on group sentiment, key questions, and signals worth acting on.

• Take care of group settings, names, and moderation, so every community stays a warm, professional, high-trust space.

Between launches

• Follow up by WhatsApp and email with travelers who showed interest in a trip but didn't book during the launch.

• Keep every lead in HubSpot up to date, with a clear stage, notes, and next step.

• Help interested travelers find their way to the next relevant launch or to a trip with open spots.

What we're looking for

• Availability from Sunday to Thursday during active launch weeks. Launch day is Thursday, and the days leading up to it are when communities warm up and most bookings happen.

• Outstanding written English: warm, fast, energetic, and human. Almost all of your work happens in writing, with travelers from all over the world, so your messages are their first experience of Epic Trips.

• Comfort with fast-paced, high-volume work. During launch week you'll be present in several WhatsApp groups at once, and every member deserves your full attention.

• Strong organization and self-direction. Launches follow a precise daily schedule, and we trust you to own it without needing reminders.

• A genuine love for connecting with people. You're naturally curious about strangers and know how to make them feel welcome from the very first message.

It's a plus if you have

• Experience in community management, social media, customer engagement, hospitality, or sales.

• Experience managing group chats or online communities at scale.

• Familiarity with the Product Launch Formula (PLF), the method behind our launches. We'll train you on it, but prior exposure helps you hit the ground running.

• Spanish or Portuguese, which help you connect with even more travelers in our global community.

• Experience with a CRM, especially HubSpot.

What we offer

• USD 1,200 per month in base pay.

• USD 20 per adjusted sale, paid at the monthly close.

• Fully remote work, so you can connect travelers from wherever you are.

• Independent Contractor agreement.
