Operating at a rapid, highly intuitive pace, the founder constantly leverages cutting-edge AI tools (such as Claude, Manus, Gemini, and Instinct) to push creative boundaries across music production, client engagements, and consulting projects. As an artist-operator whose strength lies in continuous idea generation, the founder’s primary operational bottlenecks are execution, schedule management, and consistent follow-through.

💼 About the Role

This role exists because the founder generates a high volume of ideas and initiatives—often accelerated by AI tools—and requires a high-agency operational partner to capture, organize, and drive them to 100% completion. Positioned as an Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff with "big shoulders," the candidate will act as an authoritative gatekeeper, schedule owner, and execution manager.

Rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions, the successful candidate will actively manage up, enforce priorities, drive delegation to team members, and maintain full 24-hour visibility over the founder’s daily cadence to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

📅 1. 24-Hour Schedule Ownership & Managing Up

• Total Schedule Visibility: Own the founder's calendar and routine end-to-end. Monitor his 24-hour cadence to anticipate delays, track whether commitments were completed, and prevent him from getting bogged down in low-value tasks.

• Assertive Direction & Gatekeeping: Function as his "agent" or "boss" when necessary. Direct his focus to top priorities, establish strict boundary control against distractions, and firmly enforce deadlines without hesitating out of politeness.

• Energy Alignment: Recognize when he is "in the zone" versus when he is getting off-track, adjusting daily workflows dynamically to maintain momentum.

🧠 2. Idea Capture, Synthesis & AI Orchestration

• Brain-Dump Refinement: Synthesize the founder's rapid-fire, intuitive, and sometimes unorganized ideas into structured action items, delegation tracks, and project scopes.

• AI Tool Integration: Actively co-work with AI engines (Manus, Gemini, Claude, Instinct, etc.). Take prompt outputs, bridge workflows between tools, organize synthesized outputs, and translate raw AI drafts into finalized operational assets.

⚡ 3. Delegation & Bottleneck Elimination

• Force Delegation: Actively spot tasks the founder is doing himself that should be offloaded, pushing them to team members (such as project managers or contractors).

• Uncompromising Accountability (The "100% Standard"): Maintain zero tolerance for loose ends. If a project or task is completed to 99% instead of 100%, step in immediately to close the remaining 1% so the founder never has to audit or double-check work.

• Root-Cause Analysis: When tasks are delayed, investigate why they were pushed off—identifying structural bottlenecks rather than accepting surface-level excuses.

• Track multi-project timelines across music production, high-touch client engagements, and consulting initiatives.

• Manage asset handoffs using Dropbox and maintain basic operational awareness of studio production environments.

• Extremely Proactive Communications: Comfortable pressing for answers, asking sharp direct questions, and driving conversations rather than waiting to be managed.

💻 Tech Stack

• Media & File Infrastructure: Dropbox, Google Workspace, Project Management Tools (Asana/ClickUp)
