About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Executive Marketing Coordinator to support a fast-growing entrepreneurial business across executive support, marketing operations, GoHighLevel CRM, social media, content coordination, and lead management.

This is not a passive assistant role.

You’ll work directly with leadership and take hands-on responsibility for keeping marketing and operational execution moving, including:

• Executive scheduling and coordination

• GoHighLevel workflows and CRM management

• Social media publishing and engagement

• Email marketing and lead follow-up

• Content creation and short-form video

• Lead generation and research

• Day-to-day operational support

What You’ll Own

Executive & Operational Support

• Manage calendars, scheduling, and executive coordination

• Support day-to-day operational workflows and project tracking

• Manage inboxes and prioritize time-sensitive communication

• Maintain organized files, SOPs, trackers, and internal documentation

• Track outstanding tasks and follow-ups through completion

• Identify operational gaps and help improve workflows

• Ensure priorities stay organized and nothing falls through the cracks

Social Media & Content Execution

Create, schedule, and publish content across:

• LinkedIn

• Facebook

• Instagram

• Online communities

You’ll also:

• Manage comments, DMs, and community engagement

• Maintain consistent audience communication

• Track content performance and engagement

• Repurpose existing content into short-form assets

• Support promotions, campaigns, and content launches

• Maintain consistent brand presentation across channels

GoHighLevel CRM & Marketing Automation

Build and manage workflows inside GoHighLevel (GHL), including:

• Marketing automations

• Follow-up sequences

• Email campaigns

• Lead nurturing workflows

• Pipeline management

You’ll also:

• Maintain clean and accurate CRM records

• Organize leads and pipeline stages

• Track prospect and client communication

• Ensure follow-ups happen consistently and on time

• Help improve CRM workflows as the business scales

Video Editing & Creative Support

Create and edit:

• Short-form social videos

• Marketing clips

• Promotional assets

• Branded graphics

Use tools such as:

• Canva

• Veed

• OpusClips

• Similar short-form editing platforms

Maintain consistent branding and organize creative assets for easy reuse.

Research & Lead Generation

• Research Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs)

• Identify relevant prospects and target accounts

• Build prospect lists and lead databases

• Organize research in Google Sheets and CRM systems

• Support outbound outreach and marketing initiatives

• Maintain accurate, usable lead data

Website & Technical Coordination

• Support light website and landing page updates

• Assist with advertising campaign setup

• Support basic technical integrations and platform coordination

• Troubleshoot minor workflow or account issues

• Coordinate across marketing and operational tools to keep systems running smoothly

Client & Business Communication

• Maintain professional written communication with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders

• Support client or program onboarding coordination

• Follow up on outstanding requests

• Keep communication organized across email and other platforms

• Ensure leadership has visibility into important updates and priorities

Requirements – Must Have

Relevant Experience

Experience in one or more of the following:

• Executive Assistant

• Marketing Coordinator

• Marketing Operations

• Operations Support

• Virtual Assistant

• Digital Operations

Experience supporting founders, coaches, startups, or entrepreneurial businesses is strongly preferred.

Hands-on experience with:

Content & Social Media

Experience with:

• LinkedIn

Strong proficiency with:
