Expert Graphic Designer & Creative Marketing Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Creative Marketing Virtual Assistant to support clients with professional graphics, brand development, marketing materials, and ongoing creative production.

The primary responsibility is to create clean, polished, and visually engaging designs for digital and print marketing while maintaining brand consistency, meeting deadlines, and responding professionally to feedback and revision requests.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in graphic design, brand design, social media design, creative marketing, or virtual marketing support who can produce high-quality visual assets independently and is interested in stable, long-term professional growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create professional graphics for social media, advertisements, websites, email campaigns, presentations, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials.

• Design branded content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms.

• Develop clean, modern, and visually engaging designs aligned with each client’s brand and target audience.

• Create social media posts, carousel designs, thumbnails, stories, banners, and paid advertising creative.

• Produce promotional graphics, lead magnets, sales materials, client-facing documents, and recruitment assets.

• Create marketing materials for real estate listings, property management companies, home-service businesses, and other service-based organizations.

• Design recruiting posts, hiring advertisements, company announcements, and internal communication materials.

• Resize and adapt designs for different platforms, placements, dimensions, and formats.

• Build reusable templates using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools.

• Support marketing and social media teams with ongoing creative requests and campaign assets.

• Collaborate with marketing managers, clients, and team leads to transform ideas and written briefs into professional visual materials.

• Follow brand guidelines for colors, fonts, spacing, layouts, image selection, logo usage, and overall visual direction.

• Review designs carefully for alignment, spacing, spelling, grammar, image quality, and brand consistency.

• Implement revisions based on feedback and deliver polished final designs by the assigned deadline.

• Organize source files, templates, client assets, drafts, revisions, and completed designs.

• Maintain orderly folders in Google Drive, Canva, project management systems, and other approved platforms.

• Manage multiple design projects, clients, deadlines, and revision requests simultaneously.

• Provide clear updates regarding project status, timelines, completed work, pending approvals, and potential blockers.

• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures, creative briefs, checklists, deadlines, and manager instructions.

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling client, brand, marketing, and company materials.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a graphic designer, creative virtual assistant, marketing virtual assistant, social media designer, brand designer, or similar creative professional.

• Strong graphic design skills and a professional understanding of visual communication.

• Strong understanding of branding, layout, spacing, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience creating clean, modern, and professional marketing materials.

• Experience designing for social media, advertisements, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and business marketing.

• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or comparable design software.

• Able to follow creative briefs, instructions, and brand guidelines accurately.

• Able to create high-quality designs independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong organization and attention to detail.

• Able to manage design files, deadlines, feedback, revisions, and creative assets efficiently.

• Strong written English for project updates and professional team communication.

• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote-work setup.

• Reliable, consistent, responsive, coachable, and comfortable working independently.

• A professional portfolio or relevant design samples must be provided for consideration.
