Job Summary: We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and ambitious individual to join our team in a fast-evolving, cross-functional role supporting our expansion efforts. You’ll be working directly with internal teams and external partners to drive seamless execution of key business processes. This role is perfect for someone who’s a quick thinker, confident communicator, and loves building efficient systems.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders

• Coordinate data gathering, validation, and process execution using modern digital tools

• Support in managing end-to-end workflows for new partner engagement

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational hiccups in real-time

• Maintain detailed documentation and process records

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance partner experience

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience with customer engagement and outreach

• Tech-savvy — you should be super comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Notion, CRMs, or willing to learn fast

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Sharp attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks

• A self-starter mindset — you take initiative, own your work, and bring solutions

• Passion for growth, both personal and organizational

• Bonus if you’ve worked on side projects, led university societies, or freelanced
