Instagram Viral Content Copywriter

We’re looking for a copywriter who can:

• Write scripts and copy that create viral videos and lead-generation posts

• Come up with creative ideas to test and find new winners

• Research viral videos on IG and take their "viral element" and create our version of the post with our own spin on it.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

1. Viral Trend Research

• Writing viral scripts and CTA posts

• Coming up with creative ideas to test.

• Researching viral ideas and topics on IG that are applicable for our brand and business model.

• Track tests, analyze data, discover new winners.

• Identify viral elements in highest-performing content: hooks, copy, visuals, style, tone, etc.

2. Copywriting & Application

• Take the top viral trends and apply them to Richard’s personal brand.

• Write carousel copy & video scripts in different formats as seen on our page.

• Collaborate & coordinate content production with our internal content team to make sure your ideas align with the brand voice and goals.

Requirements

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• You have copywriting experience. Doesn't necessarily need to be content copywriting experience, but that's a major bonus points. (Don't let this discourage you from applying, one of our current copywriters was just an email copywriter before joining the IG team.)

• You have the ability to come up / research creative content ideas that we can use to create viral content ideas.

• You're willing to come on full-time and grow within the company. You'll be compensated enough to not have to work with other clients on the side and there is opportunity to grow into higher level roles inside the company.

• BIG Bonus: You’ve worked with other well established personal brands and understand how to grow, build, and monitize a personal brand.

💰 Compensation

• This is negotiable, and will depend on your prior experience. Base pay ranges from $2.5K – $5K/month, depending on experience and execution.

• Open to performance-based bonuses or higher tiers for director-level thinkers (We've had entry-level copywriters, all the way to director level at $20K per month).
