We’re looking for a Junior Content & CRM Trainee to help shape how Inner Circle shows up across the region. From creating content that gets people talking to crafting the right message at exactly the right moment, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing our brand to life for our LATAM community.

Based in Buenos Aires, you’ll work alongside our Senior LATAM Market Owner, turning local trends, cultural moments and fresh ideas into content that feels relevant, engaging and unmistakably Inner Circle. If you’re naturally curious, creatively minded and always know what’s happening before everyone else does, this could be your next move.

Goal of the role

As our Junior Content & CRM Trainee, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of content, social media and CRM activity across our LATAM markets (Argentina, Colombia and Chile). You’ll help coordinate campaigns, keep content moving from idea to execution, and support the local market teams with the details that make our communications land with the right audience at the right time.

Result areas

Social Media Execution across LATAM

Schedule, publish and localize content across our LATAM social channels, while researching trends and formats to keep it fresh.

Bring your own creative ideas to the table to help grow engagement across the region.

2. CRM Operational Support

Support the day-to-day execution of CRM campaigns across LATAM markets — from localization to follow-up.

Keep workflows and documentation organized so nothing falls through the cracks.

3. Creative Effectiveness Project Support

Research local trends and cultural insights, then adapt high-performing creative from Brazil for LATAM audiences.

Team up with our Creative Studio and Growth teams to bring projects to life.

4. Operational & Growth Support

Jump in wherever LATAM growth needs a hand, keeping trackers and project info organized and up to date.

• Culturally Connected: Tuned into Colombian and broader LATAM trends, culture and dating dynamics.

• Languages: Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written) are required for this role.
