Junior Performance Marketer – Adult RTB (Europe)

We are looking for an entry-to-junior level User Acquisition / Performance Marketing Specialist (1+ Year Experience) to support the scaling of paid acquisition channels alongside the CMO. This fully remote role focuses on day-to-day campaign management, organizing creative assets, data reporting, and helping expand the user base from 40M to 100M.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign & Scaling Support: Assist with campaign setups, audience testing, tracking implementation, and daily management across core platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, DSPs).

• Reporting & Data Analysis: Track performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, retention) using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards; flag anomalies and clean data for strategic reviews.

• Creative & Landing Page Support: Use performance data to help build creative briefs, collaborate with content/product teams on landing page A/B tests, and track ad performance.

• Partnership & Channel Testing: Assist in initial platform communications, monitor policy/algorithm updates, and set up tracking for brand-new advertising channels.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience Level: Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.

• Core Skills: Basic knowledge of major ad platform structures, solid analytical and Excel skills, strong creative instincts for ad hooks, and high technical aptitude to learn new tracking tools quickly.

• Soft Skills: Action-oriented, detail-driven, fluent in English, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA), tracking tools (GA4, Voluum), or experience in sensitive/regulated verticals (e.g., dating, femtech, telehealth).
