Klaviyo Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)

We are hiring an experienced Klaviyo Specialist for our client, a growing retention email marketing agency that has generated over $30 million in revenue for subscription eCommerce brands.

This role is for someone who knows Klaviyo inside out, has experience managing multiple agency accounts, and can independently execute high-performing email campaigns and flows.

A Day in This Role

You start your day inside Klaviyo, reviewing campaigns and automated flows across your client accounts.

One brand needs its subscription cancellation flow updated. Another has an abandoned cart flow that needs testing, while a third has a campaign scheduled to go live.

You check the segmentation, triggers, links, and tracking to make sure everything is working before launch.

Throughout the day, you collaborate with the CSM, Project Manager, Designer, and Copywriter to keep campaigns moving.

You end the day knowing your work has helped multiple eCommerce brands run stronger retention email programs.

Must-Have Requirements

Please apply only if you meet all five requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience working with eCommerce brands generating $1M+ in monthly revenue.

• Subscription eCommerce experience, including cancellation and downgrade flows, and integrations with Skio, Loop, Recharge, Ordergroove, or similar platforms.

• Agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Freelance-only or in-house-only experience is not sufficient.

• Experience managing 5+ accounts independently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• Strong written English (B2+ minimum) and the ability to communicate clearly in a remote, asynchronous team.

What You'll Do

• Build, manage, and optimize Klaviyo flows, including Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Winback, and subscription retention flows.

• Build, schedule, and launch email campaigns across multiple client accounts.

• Perform pre-launch QA, checking segmentation, triggers, links, rendering, and tracking.

• Monitor deliverability, maintain list hygiene, and run A/B tests to improve performance.

• Collaborate with the CSM, Project Manager, Designer, and Copywriter to deliver campaigns accurately and on time.

This Role Is Not for You If

• You have general email marketing experience but limited hands-on Klaviyo expertise.

• You've only worked as a freelancer or in-house marketer without agency experience.

• You haven't worked with subscription eCommerce brands or built cancellation and downgrade flows.

• You need constant supervision or struggle to manage multiple client accounts independently.

• You frequently miss deadlines, overlook campaign details, or struggle with written communication.
