What We Look For in our Growth Team - Commercial Department

Job requirements

Our Growth team looks for certain skills that will help you be successful in this position. We have included several for your review below:

• As a growth team employee you will function as the client-facing primary single point of contact and project manager for Atlassian services engagements.

• If you are interested in this type of opportunity, we look for individuals who have software consulting experience that is a self-starter and has experience building strong relationships with government organizations and industry partners

• Our growth team includes a diverse range of roles that focus on one of the following:

• client engagement

• client relationship

• project management

• expanding and generating business within existing clients

We seek consultants who:

• Are client-facing and confident leading engagements end-to-end

• Have software or technical consulting experience

• Are skilled at building relationships and managing priorities across multiple projects

• Hold (or are working toward) Atlassian certifications

• Have experience working with multiple clients at once
