About the Role

Horizon Premier Staffing is continuously looking for talented Legal Virtual Assistants based in Latin America to support U.S.-based law firms.

We are seeking organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professionals with strong English communication skills and experience supporting legal or administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Assist attorneys and legal teams with daily administrative and case-related tasks.

• Manage client communications, emails, calendars, and follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate client and case information.

• Prepare, organize, and manage legal documents and digital files.

• Update case management systems, spreadsheets, and internal trackers.

• Assist with intake, case management, medical records, or litigation support.

• Track deadlines, appointments, and pending tasks.

• Communicate professionally with clients and U.S.-based legal teams.

• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

• Must be based in Latin America.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Case Manager, Intake Specialist, or similar role preferred.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

• Professional communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote workspace.

• Comfortable working during U.S. business hours.

• Previous experience supporting a U.S. law firm is strongly preferred.
