About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a LinkedIn Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid LinkedIn campaigns across a portfolio of 10–15 client accounts.

This is a hands-on, performance-focused role for someone who understands how to generate measurable B2B leads through LinkedIn Ads and can confidently manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.

What You’ll Own

LinkedIn Ads Strategy & Execution

• Build, launch, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns across 10–15 client accounts

• Develop targeting strategies based on:

• Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)

• Buyer personas

• Job titles and seniority

• Industries and company characteristics

• Funnel stages

• Conduct market and competitor research to strengthen campaign positioning

• Test different campaign formats, creatives, messaging, and ad variations

• Structure campaigns for efficient B2B lead generation and scalable performance

• Ensure campaigns align with client objectives, budgets, and KPIs

Campaign Optimization & Performance

• Monitor campaign performance across active accounts

• Track and analyze:

• Cost per Lead (CPL)

• Click-Through Rate (CTR)

• Conversion Rate

• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

• Lead volume

• Lead quality

• Engagement

• Optimize:

• Bids

• Budgets

• Audiences

Audience Research & B2B Targeting

• Research target markets, industries, companies, and decision-makers

• Translate client ICPs into effective LinkedIn targeting strategies

• Identify new audience segments and expansion opportunities

• Analyze audience performance and refine targeting based on campaign data

• Continuously improve lead quality through smarter segmentation and testing

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly and monthly client performance reports

• Maintain clear campaign dashboards and documentation

• Translate advertising data into actionable recommendations

• Report on:

• Lead generation

• CPL

• Conversion performance

• Pipeline contribution

• Campaign ROI

• Clearly explain what is working, what needs improvement, and what should be tested next

Client Communication & Account Management

• Communicate directly with clients regarding:

• Proactively communicate performance concerns and opportunities

• Maintain accountability across multiple client accounts

• Build strong client relationships through responsiveness, transparency, and consistent execution

• Work with creative, copywriting, and strategy teams to improve campaign performance

• Provide data-backed recommendations for:

• Ad creative

• Messaging

• Offers

• Landing pages

• Ensure campaign strategy remains aligned with broader client marketing objectives

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with LinkedIn advertising updates, features, and best practices

• Research new:

• Continuously improve internal campaign workflows and reporting processes

• Test new approaches to improve efficiency, lead quality, and overall performance

Required Experience & Skills

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing LinkedIn Ads

• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager

• Experience managing multiple advertising accounts or client portfolios

• Strong understanding of B2B lead generation

• Experience optimizing campaigns based on:

• CPL

• CTR

• Conversion rates

• ROAS

• Lead quality

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable decisions

• Experience with audience targeting, campaign testing, and budget optimization

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and priorities

• Availability to work during EST hours

Preferred Experience

2+ years of digital advertising experience, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads

• Agency or multi-client advertising experience

• Client-facing account management experience

• Experience advertising for:

• B2B companies

• SaaS businesses

• Professional services organizations

• Familiarity with Google Ads or Meta Ads

• Experience working with lead-generation funnels and conversion tracking

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required

Throughout the day, you’ll adjust budgets and bids, refine audience targeting, launch new creative tests, conduct competitor research, and analyze campaign performance.

You’ll also prepare reports, communicate recommendations to clients, and collaborate with creative and strategy teams on new campaigns and optimization opportunities.

In short: you ensure LinkedIn Ads campaigns consistently generate measurable B2B outcomes while maintaining strong campaign execution and client satisfaction.
