Low-code / No-code Automation Developer

At Novakid, we are on a mission to build the world’s best online education platform for children. With over 80,000 students and 2,500 teachers, Novakid is already one of the most popular language learning platforms for children aged 4–12 across Europe and Asia.

We’ve achieved a lot — but there is so much more to do. That’s where you come in.

We are now looking for a Low-Code / No-Code Automation Engineer to design, implement, and scale automation solutions that optimize business processes across our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead automation initiatives — design, build, and maintain scalable automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms (Workato, Bloomreach, AI platforms).

• Architect solutions — define integration patterns, design APIs/webhooks, and ensure that automations are resilient, performant, and secure.

• Standardize practices — establish guidelines for workflow design, documentation, testing, and monitoring to ensure consistency and reliability across all automation projects.

• Drive quality and governance — introduce best practices such as code reviews, automated testing, monitoring, and audit processes.

• Collaborate across teams — work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering to translate business requirements into technical automation solutions.

• Provide technical leadership — mentor junior automation developers, conduct technical reviews, and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering or automation development

• Proven expertise in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, n8n).

• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations.

• Experience working with databases and SQL (ability to write and optimize queries).

• Programming skills in Python or JavaScript for custom extensions and scripts.

• Familiarity with AWS services and containerized deployments.

• Experience with AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)

• Experience with version control and issue tracking systems.

• Telephony and voice integrations: cloud telephony platforms (Aircall, CallGear, Maqsam, Verimor), voice AI agents (ElevenLabs), call routing and CRM/Intercom integration.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to design scalable and maintainable automation solutions.

• Strong communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).

Bonus Points

• Experience integrating AI-powered bots (chatbots, voice bots, or AI agents) into workflows.

• Experience creating architecture diagrams and technical specifications for automation platforms.

What We Offer

-

100% remote work (core hours GMT+3).

• A friendly, international team that values collaboration and innovation.

• Unlimited paid holidays — we care about outcomes, not clock hours.

• The chance to shape the future of automation in a fast-growing global EdTech company.
