Job Description Summary

The Manager, Digital Platform Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence across commercial digital platforms by ensuring platform stability, scalability, and disciplined execution of customer-facing programs and initiatives.

This role strengthens the platform operating environment through standardized processes, governance, and operational rigor while supporting a seamless customer lifecycle from early solution design through implementation, launch, and ongoing operations.

The position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Product R&D, Engineering, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to translate strategic objectives into operational execution plans, maintain organizational readiness, and ensure consistent delivery outcomes.

Job Description

This role ensures commercial digital platforms operate effectively, customer lifecycle processes are executed consistently, and teams are equipped with the structure, governance, and operational discipline needed to deliver successful customer outcomes. The Manager serves as a key operational leader focused on scaling operations, improving execution consistency, and enabling sustainable growth across the digital platform portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Operations Excellence

• Support the operational management and continuous improvement of commercial digital platforms.

• Drive platform stability, reliability, and scalability through standardized operating procedures and governance practices.

• Monitor operational performance metrics, service levels, and key platform health indicators.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.

• Establish and maintain standard work practices that improve consistency and execution quality.

• Identify operational risks and drive mitigation activities to support customer and business objectives.

Program Operational Excellence

• Manage operational activities supporting the customer lifecycle, including pre-deal assessments, implementation readiness, go-live coordination, and post-launch reviews.

• Ensure operational readiness across internal teams before customer deployments and launches.

• Coordinate launch activities and transition plans to support successful customer onboarding and adoption.

• Develop and maintain repeatable execution models that improve delivery predictability and customer satisfaction.

• Facilitate cross-functional readiness reviews and governance meetings.

Process & Governance Management

• Implement and maintain operational processes, tools, and workflows supporting platform delivery and customer success.

• Track program milestones, dependencies, risks, and action plans to ensure successful execution.

• Support governance reviews through preparation of operational metrics, performance reporting, and status updates.

• Ensure adherence to established operational standards, policies, and best practices.

• Document and continuously improve operating procedures and service delivery processes.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze operational and customer performance data to identify improvement opportunities.

• Drive initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and customer outcomes.

• Support root-cause analysis and corrective action planning for operational challenges.

• Develop reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into platform health, customer readiness, and operational performance.

• Promote a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications

• Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related field.

• Experience in digital platform operations, program management, customer success operations, implementation management, or operational excellence roles.

• Experience working in cross-functional environments supporting enterprise software, SaaS, digital services, or healthcare technology platforms.

• Experience in Cyber operations, AWS disciplines, Cloud operations and deployment, IT infrastructure and governance.

• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting commercial digital products or healthcare technology solutions.

• Knowledge of Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, or related operational methodologies.

• Experience managing customer onboarding, implementation, or go-live activities.

• Familiarity with operational reporting, KPI management, and governance processes.
