Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join a fast-paced, performance-driven team. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to plan, launch, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns while using data to continuously improve performance.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4+ years of hands-on media buying experience, with strong expertise in Meta Ads. Experience managing campaigns across both Meta and Google Ads is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta and other relevant advertising platforms.

• Manage campaigns across Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager.

• Manage or support Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, or Performance Max where applicable.

• Monitor campaign performance against key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.

• Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities for optimisation and scaling.

• Conduct ongoing audience, creative, placement, and bidding tests to improve performance.

• Develop and execute structured A/B testing strategies across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.

• Manage advertising budgets effectively and allocate spend based on performance.

• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and messaging.

• Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and implement data-driven improvements.

• Produce clear performance reports and communicate insights, results, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

• Stay up to date with advertising platform changes, emerging trends, and paid media best practices.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of professional media buying or paid advertising experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.

• Proven experience managing and optimising paid campaigns with meaningful advertising budgets.

• Experience across both Meta Ads and Google Ads is a major plus.

• Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, attribution, and conversion tracking.

• Comfortable analysing performance data and making decisions based on campaign results.

• Experience with A/B testing and creative performance analysis.

• Strong understanding of key paid media metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• A performance-focused mindset with a track record of improving and scaling paid campaigns.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, or Performance Max campaigns.

• Experience working across multiple brands, accounts, or clients.

• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

• Experience working with creative teams to develop and test paid social content.

• Knowledge of landing-page optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).

• Experience managing campaigns across additional platforms such as TikTok or LinkedIn Ads.
