Onboarding Specialist

At Strongpoint Partners, we’re making retirement work for everyone. As a national network of retirement and payroll businesses, we bring together deep industry expertise, technology, and a shared commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for our clients and partners.

We’re looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our team and help deliver a seamless experience for new retirement plan clients. In this role, you’ll manage key aspects of the plan onboarding process, from reviewing existing plan documents and interpreting plan provisions to coordinating with recordkeepers, advisors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of qualified retirement plans, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to confidently navigate complex plan provisions while keeping the client experience at the center of their work.
