Open Application to Publitas Talent Community ( Remote / SaaS )

Ready to own it, build it, and grow it?

We are Publitas — a remote-first, fast-growing SaaS company helping brands turn static content into digital discovery experiences that drive real results.

We don’t do busywork. No fluff, no unnecessary hierarchy. Just high ownership, fast learning, and sharp execution. If you thrive in autonomy and love solving real problems, keep reading.

This role is for you if you…

• Get excited by taking ownership and figuring things out proactively

• Thrive in a remote, async, fast-paced environment

• Are striving to deliver impact, not just run tasks

• Think in systems but execute with creativity

• Are direct, collaborative, and have a growth mindset

This role is NOT for you if you…

• Need layers of process or someone to constantly tell you what to do

-

Prefer “business as usual” over change

-

Want a team where mediocre is okay

• Have never worked remotely and think async means “lonely”

• Are waiting for permission instead of taking initiative

Requirements

• Writing content that drives engagement and inbound pipeline

• Building backend systems that handle millions of users

• Running experiments that push growth, not vanity metrics

• Streamlining processes in People, Finance, or Operations

What we provide to help you win:

-

A competitive salary

• 25 vacation days + your local national holidays

-

A top-tier MacBook and remote-ready gear

• Monthly wellness budget to invest in your health

-

Co-working allowance

• Paid training, events, or courses that level up your skills

-

Free books on Kindle and Audible

-

Publitas swag delivered to your doorstep

• Annual team retreat to meet your teammates in person

At Publitas, we see AI as a core lever for performance, efficiency, and innovation. We expect all team members to actively use AI in their daily work to improve quality, speed, and output.

Depending on the role, this ranges from effectively using AI tools in day-to-day workflows to designing and scaling AI-driven systems. We are not looking for candidates who are “AI-curious”; we look for people who already use AI to do better work and can demonstrate tangible impact.
