As the business expands, the leadership is looking for a proactive right-hand coordinator to bring structure, manage day-to-day operations, and help elevate the overall customer experience.

💼About the Role

As the Operations & Client Experience Coordinator, you will serve as the operational engine of the business. You will work directly alongside the business owner to manage the sales pipeline, keep schedules organized, streamline client communications, and assist with basic financial tracking. This is a fully remote, long-term opportunity ideal for an organized professional who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys creating structure in a growing home-services business.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

📊 CRM Management

• Maintain, update, and audit client records within the company CRM (and assist with seamless data migration when new systems launch).

🗓️ Scheduling & Client Outreach

• Proactively contact clients to book appointments, manage follow-ups, and ensure calendar accuracy for field team members.

💬 Customer Communication

• Serve as the primary administrative point of contact via phone, email, and messaging, delivering clear, professional, and friendly service.

💵 Financial & Admin Tracking

• Log incoming payments and assist with basic accounts receivable/payable record-keeping.

⚙️ Operations & Process Support

• Help document standard operating procedures (SOPs), organize day-to-day admin tasks, and support general business growth initiatives.

✅ Non-Negotiable Requirements & Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3+ years in an administrative, operations, or customer-service role—preferably within home services, construction, or a project-based business.

• Location: Must be based in Latin America or South Africa.

• Language Skills: Fluent, highly articulate written and spoken English (client-facing standard). Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus, but not required.

• Technical Proficiency: Proven comfort working with CRM systems, digital calendars, and standard office software.

• Soft Skills: High detail orientation, strong sense of urgency, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently to build structure.
