Our client is a premier, family-owned tile and grout restoration company operating under a national franchise north of Atlanta, Georgia. Specializing in residential steam cleaning, sealing, re-caulking, tile/grout repair, and select installation services, the company has built a strong local reputation. As their first international remote hire, you will take true operational ownership of administrative, dispatching, sales follow-up, and marketing functions.

💼 About the Role

You will serve as the central administrative hub connecting business owners, field technicians, and clients. You will manage daily customer communications, dispatch service technicians, drive sales follow-ups on pending proposals, maintain social media marketing, and leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to automate daily operational workflows.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 💼 Executive & Administrative Support: Manage internal scheduling, document SOPs, assist with light bookkeeping/invoicing (AP/AR), and use AI tools to build dashboards and streamline processes.

• 🚛 Dispatch & Field Team Coordination: Schedule service calls and estimates based on technician location/skills, send clear job details to field crews, monitor schedule progress, and update clients on arrival times.

• 📞 Client Relations & Sales Coordination: Handle inbound customer inquiries, persistently follow up on pending proposals, address client objections to close jobs, and request post-service reviews and referrals.

• 📱 Marketing & Content Management: Maintain Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profiles with visual before-and-after content collected from field teams, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.

✅ Qualifications & Experience

⭐ Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or Customer Service Manager (preferably within home services or field services).

• Communication: Exceptional, near-native written and spoken English with polished client-facing communication.

• Sales Aptitude: High comfort level reviewing quotes, engaging homeowners, addressing objections, and closing sales.

• Tech & AI Savviness: Active daily user of AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and productivity tools to build efficiencies.

• High Ownership: Proactive critical thinker able to direct field personnel and manage priorities independently.

• Hands-on experience with field-service software (Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan).

• Familiarity with Canva or basic digital design tools.
