About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Paid Ads Specialist to build, manage, and optimize performance-driven advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels.

This is a hands-on performance marketing role focused on:

• Google Ads

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

You’ll own the full paid media lifecycle — from campaign strategy and audience targeting to execution, tracking, testing, optimization, and reporting.

What You’ll Own

Paid Media Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute paid advertising strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.

• Manage campaigns across:

• Google Ads

• Meta Ads

• LinkedIn Ads

• YouTube Ads

• Other relevant paid acquisition channels

• Research:

• Target audiences

• Keywords

• Competitors

• Customer segments

• New acquisition opportunities

• Plan campaign budgets and acquisition targets

• Forecast performance and identify scaling opportunities

• Align paid media with broader marketing, sales, and brand initiatives

Campaign Setup, Management & Optimization

Build and manage campaigns across:

• Paid Search

• Display

• Retargeting

• Video

• Lead Generation

• Conversion Campaigns

You’ll:

• Create and optimize campaign structures

• Manage bids, budgets, placements, and targeting

• Ad copy

• Headlines

Monitor and improve key metrics including:

Google Ads & Paid Search

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns including:

• Search

• Display

• Retargeting

• YouTube

• Performance Max

• Dynamic Search Ads

Use:

• Budget optimization

• Advanced campaign features

to continuously improve performance.

Meta, LinkedIn & Multi-Channel Advertising

Build and optimize campaigns across Meta and additional paid channels.

• Develop prospecting and retargeting audiences

• Test different audience segments and creative approaches

• Manage Meta Pixel and platform tracking

• Optimize LinkedIn campaigns for B2B lead generation where applicable

• Identify the strongest acquisition channels and allocate budget accordingly

Conversion Tracking, Analytics & Attribution

Ensure advertising performance is tracked accurately.

Set up and maintain:

• Google Analytics (GA4)

• Google Tag Manager

• Meta Pixel

• LinkedIn Insight Tag

• Conversion tracking systems

Analyze:

• Conversion paths

• Customer acquisition performance

• Attribution

• Funnel performance

• Campaign profitability

Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure leadership has reliable performance data.

Reporting & Performance Insights

Prepare clear weekly and monthly reports covering:

• Ad spend

• Leads and conversions

• ROAS

• CPA / CPL

• CTR

• Conversion rates

• Channel performance

• Testing results

Go beyond reporting numbers by providing actionable recommendations around:

• Budget allocation

• Audience targeting

• Creative direction

• Campaign structure

• Funnel optimization

• Scaling opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with:
