About the Role

We're looking for an organized, hands-on People & Admin Ops person to be the operational backbone of our People & Culture team. This is a part-time, fully remote role.

It's a role with a lot of moving parts, and it suits someone who likes to stay on top of things and keep things in order. You'll report to our Head of People & Culture and have real ownership over how our day-to-day People operations run.

The role is flexible and fully remote, which makes it a great fit for university students, parents returning from parental leave, or anyone who values flexibility.

In this role you will

• Support the broader People & Culture agenda, from process upkeep to helping deliver People projects.

• Own our admin and paperwork: drafting and coordinating contracts, keeping documentation clean and up to date, and running the operational side of onboarding so every new hire has what they need.

• Provide ad-hoc operational and administrative support to the CEO and CFO.

• Own cultural initiatives: planning and running the programs, rituals, and moments that keep a fully remote team connected.

• Manage company merch and swag: sourcing, coordinating, and getting the right items to the right people.

• Use AI tooling as a daily part of your work.

• 'Make the call', expressing our company preference for agency and action over excessive discussion, escalation, and delay.

What you bring

• Several years of hands-on experience in People Ops, HR administration, executive support, or a similar operational role.

• Strong admin and coordination skills: contracts, documentation, and onboarding logistics handled accurately and on time.

• Experience supporting leadership or senior stakeholders with a proactive, dependable approach.

• An eye for culture: you've helped run initiatives that bring people together, ideally in a remote setting.

• Comfort juggling many small things at once without losing track.

• Clear, professional English language communication skills (written and spoken).

• An interest in poker or gaming is a nice bonus, not a requirement.
