Product Lead

Dynime is an AI-powered digital transformation company that helps businesses build, operate, automate, and scale their digital infrastructure.

We are launching a dedicated Digital Products Department focused on creating original, production-ready digital products for global marketplaces, including ThemeForest and CodeCanyon. We will also incubate selected products into future Dynime SaaS offerings.

We are looking for a Product Lead to build and lead this new product function from the ground up.

The Role

As Product Lead, you will own the product lifecycle from opportunity discovery to marketplace launch and continuous improvement. You will identify products worth building, translate market demand into product specifications, coordinate designers and developers, and ensure every product meets a high standard of usability, technical quality, positioning, and commercial potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Research global marketplace demand, trends, competitors, and customer pain points.

• Identify commercially viable product opportunities.

• Develop product concepts, positioning, feature sets, and roadmaps.

• Create clear product requirements and functional specifications.

• Prioritize features based on customer value, development effort, and market opportunity.

• Coordinate UI/UX, development, QA, documentation, and launch activities.

• Maintain product backlogs and development priorities.

• Define MVP scope and release milestones.

• Review products throughout development to ensure requirements are met.

• Develop marketplace positioning, pricing, packaging, and launch strategies.

• Collaborate with the team on ThemeForest and CodeCanyon submission readiness.

• Analyze sales, customer feedback, reviews, and product performance.

• Identify opportunities for updates, extensions, and new versions.

• Recognize successful marketplace products that could become standalone Dynime SaaS products.

• Maintain product documentation and internal product knowledge.

• Establish repeatable product development processes for the department.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in product management, product development, digital products, SaaS, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of web products and modern software development.

• Excellent market and competitor research abilities.

• Strong product thinking and commercial judgment.

• Ability to translate business problems into product requirements.

• Experience working with designers and developers.

• Strong documentation and communication skills.

• Understanding of UI/UX principles.

• Familiarity with SaaS, WordPress, web applications, APIs, and marketplaces.

• Ability to manage multiple products and priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with Envato, ThemeForest, CodeCanyon, or similar marketplaces.

• Experience launching digital products.

• SaaS/product startup experience.

• A technical background or the ability to understand code and architecture.

• Experience with analytics, customer feedback, and product optimization.

• Experience working with international customers.

What You Will Own

You will be one of the founding members of Dynime's Digital Products Department. You will help establish the product strategy, standards, workflows, and product portfolio. This is not a traditional coordination role; you will have meaningful ownership over what Dynime builds, why we build it, and how it reaches the market.
