Product Marketing Lead (LatAm Only)

As a Product Marketing Lead, you will coordinate and scale our marketing stack across our partners, driving customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention. This role will bridge Product, Growth, Data, and our Partners to develop high-impact marketing initiatives that accelerate loan originations and product adoption.

What You'll Do

• Own Partner Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns tailored to each partner, market, and segment, maximizing funnel conversion, loan originations, and R2's marketing impact.

• Optimize the Customer Journey: Identify growth opportunities across the full customer lifecycle, from offer awareness and acquisition to activation, conversion, repeat borrowing, and retention.

• Lead CRM & Multichannel Engagement: Design and scale personalized lifecycle strategies across WhatsApp, email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging, optimizing channel effectiveness and customer engagement.

• Strengthen Partner Marketing: Build scalable co-marketing playbooks with partner platforms, including in-app placements, joint campaigns, and coordinated communications to increase product visibility and adoption.

• Scale AI-Powered Marketing: Drive the implementation and optimization of conversational AI, AI calling agents, and automated engagement solutions to improve conversion and operational efficiency.

• Turn Customer Insights into Growth: Develop a deep understanding of SMB segments through behavioral data, research, and customer feedback, translating insights into actionable opportunities for Product, Marketing, and Partnerships.

• Lead Experimentation & Performance: Design A/B tests, define KPIs, and partner with Marketing Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, funnel performance, and incremental originations, continuously optimizing ROI.

• Build Scalable Marketing Operations: Develop automated workflows, segmentation frameworks, and repeatable processes that enable efficient execution across partners and Latin American markets.

• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment & Compliance: Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, Credit, and Partnerships to execute growth initiatives while ensuring marketing communications comply with local financial regulations.

Who you are

• Have proven experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or related roles, ideally within fintech, technology, or high-growth startups.

• Are highly analytical and comfortable using data to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and measure business impact.

• Have strong experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, customer segmentation, and multichannel engagement strategies.

• Understand conversion funnels, experimentation methodologies, and customer lifecycle optimization.

• Have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently lead projects from strategy to execution.

• Are comfortable working in fast-paced environments and collaborating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

• Have excellent communication skills and can translate complex analyses into clear recommendations.

Bonus

• Experience in fintech, lending, embedded finance, or financial services.

• Familiarity with tools such as Customer.io, Amplitude, SQL, Snowflake, or similar analytics and marketing platforms.

• Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business, conversational AI, AI calling agents, or other AI-powered marketing solutions.

• Experience managing marketing initiatives across multiple Latin American markets.

• Familiarity with Python, workflow automation tools, or AI-driven productivity solutions.
