About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager with a background in video and post-production coordination to support the creative team across the client. Reporting to the Director of Production, you'll manage day-to-day post-production workflows, coordinate creative deliverables, and perform final quality control on video assets, primarily for paid social channels. You'll also support production logistics and help improve processes as the team scales.

What You'll Do

Coordinate post-production workflows, managing timelines, revisions, approvals, and final delivery of video assets.

• Perform final quality control on video content, checking spelling, graphics, captions, disclaimers, safe zones, and platform-specific requirements.

• Manage creative projects and track deliverables using tools such as monday.com, Slack, and Frame.io.

• Organize, transfer, and archive creative assets using digital asset management platforms such as Air.

• Collaborate with editors, producers, and creative stakeholders to resolve feedback, address blockers, and ensure on-time delivery.

• Support production logistics, including vendor sourcing, scheduling, and coordination for larger campaigns and video shoots.

• Research and implement software and platforms that speed up production and post-production workflows.

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve asset organization, and increase production efficienc

About you

• Extensive experience in video production and post-production coordination with a strong understanding of delivery workflows

• Well-versed in production software and quick to adopt new tools

• Hands-on experience performing QC on final video assets, including graphics, captions, disclaimers, formatting, and platform-specific specifications.

• Familiarity with paid social video content and deliverable requirements across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as monday.com, Asana, Slack, or Frame.io; monday.com required

• Experience sourcing and coordinating external production vendors, including evaluating providers and managing production logistics, is strongly preferred.

• Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and a proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving.

• Video editing experience is preferred

• Previous experience with health, wellness, or consumer brands is a plus.
