Project Manager - Marketing & Creative for DTC Brands (US-Based, Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has worked directly with DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) companies and has strong experience with TikTok Shop.

You will manage marketing and creative projects across multiple DTC brands, ensuring campaigns, product launches, and day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects across DTC brands and marketing teams.

• Coordinate TikTok Shop campaigns, creators, affiliates, UGC, and creative production.

• Work closely with paid media, social media, e-commerce, and creative teams.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, priorities, and deadlines.

• Identify bottlenecks and improve internal workflows.

• Coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns across Shopify, Amazon, Meta Ads, and TikTok Shop.

• Keep stakeholders informed and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management or marketing operations experience.

• Previous experience working directly for DTC companies is mandatory.

• TikTok Shop experience is required.

• Strong understanding of DTC marketing, e-commerce operations, creative production, and paid advertising.

• Experience managing multiple brands, campaigns, and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, Meta Ads, UGC, and influencer or affiliate marketing.

• Proficiency with ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar tools.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Important: DTC experience is mandatoryWe are specifically looking for candidates who have worked directly with DTC companies and have experience with TikTok Shop. General corporate project management experience alone will not meet the requirements for this role.
