Our client is a is a digital marketing agency that helps small and regional businesses grow through performance-driven marketing solutions, including paid search, SEO, paid social, and other digital advertising services. The company focuses on generating qualified leads, increasing revenue, and helping businesses achieve measurable growth.

What you will do:

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound sales efforts. This role is primarily focused on high-volume cold calling, engaging potential clients, qualifying prospects, and booking qualified sales appointments. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in outbound sales, is comfortable making a high volume of calls daily, and takes ownership of their pipeline without needing constant supervision.

You will work with existing prospect databases while identifying new opportunities when needed. Success in this role requires persistence, strong communication skills, effective objection handling, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute at least 200 outbound dials per day, primarily through cold calling, to engage prospective clients and generate qualified sales opportunities.

• Follow up consistently with warm leads, website inquiries, previous prospects, and contacts who have not yet booked a meeting.

• Qualify prospects, identify potential business needs, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

• Communicate effectively with a range of decision-makers, from small-business owners to CMOs and senior marketing professionals.

• Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensuring accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up.

• Test and refine outreach approaches, messaging, and call strategies to improve appointment-setting results.

• Track daily activity, appointments booked, show rates, and conversion metrics, consistently working toward established KPIs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role, with demonstrated success in cold calling and appointment setting.

• Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound calling, while maintaining quality conversations and consistent follow-up.

• A track record of booking qualified meetings, with the ability to discuss relevant performance metrics such as appointments booked, conversion rates, and show rates.

• Strong verbal communication, active listening, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.

• Confidence speaking with different types of decision-makers, including business owners, executives, and senior marketing professionals.

• A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to manage daily activities, identify opportunities, and solve problems independently.

• Experience using CRMs and sales dialers to manage prospect lists, document interactions, and track pipeline activity.

• Strong organizational skills, persistence, and accountability for individual sales targets.

• Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with U.S.-based prospects.

• Nice to Have

• Experience selling digital marketing, advertising, SEO, paid media, or other B2B marketing services.

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL), Aircall, or similar CRM and sales dialer platforms.

• Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, lead sourcing, and sales research tools.

• Experience working with both small and medium-sized businesses and enterprise-level prospects

Benefits

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST.

• Salary: 1,500 USD Monthly + Comissions

• Location: 100% remote, open to candidates based in LATAM

• Contract: Independent Contractor
