About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own the top of our outbound sales funnel.

This is a true outbound prospecting role where you'll generate new business opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach. You'll be responsible for building your own prospect lists, engaging decision-makers, handling objections, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a high-activity sales environment, consistently hits targets, and enjoys creating opportunities through persistence, creativity, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

• Build and manage your own prospecting lists using available sales tools.

• Research target companies and decision-makers before outreach.

• Develop personalized outreach strategies that generate qualified meetings.

Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.

• Build relationships with decision-makers through consultative conversations.

• Maintain high meeting show-up rates through effective follow-up and communication.

• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly meeting targets.

Sales Execution

• Handle objections confidently and keep prospects engaged.

• Test and refine messaging, outreach sequences, and call scripts.

• Continuously improve conversion rates across all outreach channels.

• Identify new opportunities to improve outbound performance.

CRM & Reporting

• Maintain accurate CRM records, including notes, pipeline stages, and follow-up activities.

• Track daily outreach activity, meetings booked, and conversion metrics.

• Report performance and pipeline updates proactively.

Required Experience & Skills

Must-Have

• Proven experience as an Outbound SDR, Business Development Representative, Appointment Setter, or similar outbound sales role.

• Demonstrated success consistently meeting or exceeding outbound sales targets.

• Experience running multi-channel outbound campaigns using cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach.

• Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.

• Experience building prospect lists independently.

• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

• Candidates should be able to provide measurable sales metrics from previous roles (meetings booked, conversion rates, outreach volume, quotas achieved, etc.).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience selling to U.S.-based clients.

• Experience selling B2B services or marketing agency solutions.

• Experience in the home services industry.

• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Experience with CloudTalk, Aircall, or similar auto-dialers.

• Experience using Calendly or other scheduling platforms.

• Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools.

• Experience selling software or SaaS solutions.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

Your day begins by reviewing your prospect list, prioritizing follow-ups, and planning outbound activity.

Throughout the day, you'll make cold calls, send personalized email campaigns, connect with prospects on LinkedIn, and qualify leads for the sales team. You'll handle objections, book meetings, update the CRM, and monitor your performance against daily activity goals.

Success comes from consistently generating qualified meetings, maintaining strong show-up rates, and improving conversion metrics over time.
