Salary Range: USD $1,500 - $2,000 Base Salary + Commission

Our client is seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) with strong outbound sales experience to join their growing team. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by engaging prospective vendors, qualifying leads, and booking product demonstrations. Your work will directly impact pipeline growth and revenue by creating high-quality sales opportunities for the broader team.

Key Responsabilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective vendors using targeted prospect lists.

• Identify, qualify, and engage potential business partners through consultative conversations.

• Schedule product demonstrations with qualified prospects and conduct demos with support from the wider sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

• Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

• Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity, meeting, and pipeline generation targets.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar outbound sales role.

• Strong confidence making high-volume outbound cold calls.

• Experience prospecting businesses or vendors rather than individual consumers.

• Advanced or fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently handle objections.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling into or working within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.

• Previous experience conducting software or product demonstrations.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar sales tools.

• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or organizations.
