Sales Enablement Specialist – AI & RevOps (Remote, LATAM)

Description

This is a remote independent contractor opportunity working closely with our US-based team. Candidates should have strong English communication skills and availability for scheduled collaboration during US Central or Eastern Time hours.

Rankings.iois looking for a resourceful, AI-first Sales Enablement Specialist to help maintain and improve the tools, systems, and projects that power our revenue team. This role is ideal for someone who uses AI as part of their everyday workflow and wants to grow by working closely with RevOps leadership.

Reporting directly to the VP of RevOps, you'll take ownership of projects once they're built, keeping them running, refining them, and making them better over time. This is a high-trust position with access to sensitive sales data, systems, and internal processes.Rankings.iooffers comprehensive SEM services, including content creation, technical optimization, and keyword strategy for law firms.

Responsibilities

• Project Maintenance & Refinement- Take over enablement and RevOps projects built by the VP of RevOps. Maintain them, fix what breaks, and look for ways to improve them.

• AI-Driven Workflows- Use Claude and other AI tools to build and refine prompts, automate repetitive tasks, draft enablement content, and speed up research and analysis.

• Sales Enablement Support- Keep sales collateral, training materials, and playbooks current and organized. Help ensure materials are relevant to the law firm verticals we serve.

• System Support- Support day-to-day use of core tools such as HubSpot, Seamless AI, and Clay. Troubleshoot common issues and keep data organized.

• Documentation- Write clear documentation for the tools and processes you maintain so the team can use them confidently.

• Visual Assets- Where your skills allow, refresh one-pagers, pitch decks, and internal visuals so they look polished and on-brand.

• Special Projects- Support the VP of RevOps on reports, process improvements, and initiatives that remove friction for sales and sales management.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales enablement, RevOps, sales support, or marketing operations role

• Hands-on experience with Claude (required), especially coding with Claude, with a working knowledge of prompting and using AI in daily work

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM and sales tools

• Proven discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information

• Highly organized and dependable, with strong follow-through on ongoing work

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a collaborative environment

• Bonus: design skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools, plus strong visual instincts

• Experience in the legal or professional services industry is a plus

• Technology and Security Requirement:Contractors accessing Rankings.io systems and client data are required, under the terms of the Contractor Services Agreement, to maintain endpoint security software (Huntress) for the duration of the engagement. This does not grant Rankings.io remote access to, or control over, contractor devices.

Compensation & Work Environment

• Monthly retainer of $2,500 – $3,500 USD, invoiced by the contractor.
