Sales Manager

Build the sales engine of a company that's defining a new category.

You'll lead our new business team and report directly to the CEO. Your job is to turn a strong group of Account Executives, SDRs and Pre-Sales Engineers into a growth engine we can predict. You won't carry a personal quota: your number is the team's number.

Luzmo is embedded AI analytics that shows up wherever your users work. We help companies whose product is their data put governed, white-labeled AI analytics in front of their own customers: branded dashboards, self-service analytics, AI analytics chatbots, workflow analytics and white-labeled MCP. What you'll own

• The number. Your team's new business target, met or beaten, with results visible to everyone.

• The forecast. Commit, best case and pipeline called accurately every month and quarter, with slippage flagged early.

• The pipeline. Everything from SQL to close, with at least 3× coverage.

• The SDR team. Turning Marketing's ICP lists into SQLs, owning SDR performance, and building a clear path from SDR to AE.

• The hard deals. Bringing strategy to complex or stalled deals, coaching objection handling, and knowing when to step in yourself.

• The process. One sales methodology, rigorous qualification and a CRM the team can trust.

• Pricing discipline. Governing discounts and negotiating on value, not price.

• Sales × Marketing. Running the regular rhythm with our VP Growth: a shared SLA and structured MQL feedback.

• The team. Hiring strong people, getting them productive in 60–90 days, and giving everyone clear goals, honest feedback and a growth path.

You'll do all of this the way we sell, with data, tracking performance on Luzmo's own platform.

Requirements

You'll thrive here if you

• Have 5–10 years in B2B software sales, including a proven track record as a Sales Manager or Team Lead

• Have led AEs and SDRs through a structured methodology such as SPICED or MEDDICC

• Get more energy from a rep's breakthrough than from your own close

• Manage by data, not anecdotes, and forecast with discipline

• Are comfortable negotiating and holding the line on pricing

• Like the pace of a scale-up, uncertainty included

• Live in Europe and can visit our Leuven HQ regularly

Bonus points if you've sold data, analytics or developer products, or know HubSpot and modern sales tools, including AI tools.
