As they continue to grow, they are looking for an experienced Salesforce Pardot Consultant to help clients design, implement, and optimize effective B2B marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).

The Role

We're looking for a Salesforce Pardot Consultant (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) with strong hands-on experience building and optimizing marketing automation workflows within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement is the primary platform for this role.

You'll work directly with clients to understand their marketing and lead management requirements and translate them into effective Pardot solutions—from lead capture, segmentation, scoring, and nurturing through to campaign automation, reporting, and Salesforce CRM alignment.

This is a client-facing role that requires someone who is comfortable combining hands-on technical execution with consulting and stakeholder communication.

Experience with the broader Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) ecosystem is valuable, but it is considered a secondary skill rather than the primary requirement.

Monthly Rate: USD $1,600–3,000/month (depending on level of experience)

What You'll Do

Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement

• Build, configure, test, and optimize marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).

• Design and manage automated lead nurturing journeys and engagement programs.

• Configure segmentation lists, automation rules, completion actions, dynamic lists, and other Pardot automation functionality.

• Build and optimize lead scoring, grading, and qualification models.

• Develop forms, landing pages, email templates, and lead capture workflows.

• Create personalized and segmented B2B marketing campaigns based on prospect behavior, attributes, and lifecycle stage.

• Support campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting within Pardot and Salesforce.

• Maintain strong data quality and ensure accurate synchronization between Pardot and Salesforce CRM.

Lead Management & Marketing Automation

• Translate client marketing strategies and business requirements into scalable marketing automation solutions.

• Develop lead nurturing and lifecycle strategies that effectively move prospects through the marketing and sales funnel.

• Configure lead routing, qualification, and handover processes between marketing and sales.

• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, campaign performance, and marketing-to-sales alignment.

• Troubleshoot automation, synchronization, campaign, and data issues.

• Perform thorough QA and testing before campaigns and automation workflows go live.

Email & Campaign Development

• Build and optimize responsive email campaigns and templates.

• Support personalization and dynamic content based on prospect data and behavior.

• Develop landing pages and forms that integrate effectively with marketing campaigns.

• Apply HTML and CSS where required to customize emails, forms, and landing pages.

• Monitor campaign engagement and recommend improvements based on performance data.

Salesforce Integration & Data Management

• Work with Salesforce CRM and Pardot to ensure reliable synchronization of prospect and customer data.

• Support field mapping, campaign attribution, segmentation, and lead management processes.

• Troubleshoot data synchronization and integration issues.

• Collaborate with Salesforce and technical specialists where more complex integrations are required.

• Support integrations between Pardot, Salesforce CRM, and other marketing or business systems.

Client Consulting & Collaboration

• Work directly with clients to understand their marketing objectives, processes, and technical requirements.

• Translate business requirements into practical Pardot solutions.

• Explain technical concepts and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Provide clients with guidance and best practices around Pardot, marketing automation, lead management, and campaign optimization.

• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, creative, product, and technical teams to deliver solutions successfully.

• Manage multiple client projects and priorities while maintaining a high standard of delivery.

Continuous Improvement

• Review existing Pardot environments and identify opportunities to improve automation, data quality, campaign performance, and usability.

• Continuously optimize lead nurturing programs, scoring models, segmentation, and workflows.

• Troubleshoot platform and campaign issues to ensure reliable execution.

• Stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement developments and evolving B2B marketing automation best practices.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.

• Strong practical experience building and managing Pardot marketing automation campaigns.

• Experience with Engagement Studio, automation rules, completion actions, segmentation, and dynamic lists.

• Experience developing lead nurturing workflows and B2B customer journeys.

• Strong understanding of lead scoring, grading, qualification, and marketing-to-sales handover.

• Experience building and managing email campaigns, forms, landing pages, and lead capture processes.

• Experience integrating and working with Pardot and Salesforce CRM.

• Strong understanding of prospect data management, segmentation, synchronization, and data quality.

• Experience with campaign tracking, reporting, and marketing attribution.

• Good HTML and CSS skills for email and landing page customization.

• Strong understanding of B2B marketing automation and lead lifecycle management.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills with confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders.

• Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns, projects, and priorities.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with the broader Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform.

• Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, or Contact Builder.

• Salesforce Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement certifications.

• Other relevant Salesforce certifications.

• Familiarity with APIs and integrations across the Salesforce and marketing technology ecosystem.

• Experience working in an agency, consultancy, or enterprise environment supporting multiple clients.

• Experience with more complex Salesforce CRM configurations and marketing-to-sales workflows.

• Familiarity with AMPscript, JavaScript, or SQL.
