About the Role

We are building a private network of elite Executive Assistants across Latin America to support founders, managing partners, CEOs, and C-suite executives in U.S.-based law firms and legal organizations.

This role is not entry-level. We are looking for senior EAs who have spent years operating at the executive level—anticipating needs, managing complexity, and acting as a trusted right hand.

You will work directly with high-performing legal executives who value discretion, clarity, and operational excellence.

Who This Is For

This role is ideal for you if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience supporting founders, managing partners, or C-suite executives

• Have worked in law firms, legal services, or professional services environments

• Are comfortable managing confidential information and high-stakes priorities

• Communicate with near-native fluency in English and have a neutral or minimal accent

• Want long-term, stable work with serious executives—not task-based VA work

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the executive and firm, responsibilities may include:

Executive inbox and calendar ownership

• Managing deadlines, filings, and time-sensitive legal priorities

• Client communication and follow-ups on behalf of the executive

• Preparing briefs, summaries, and internal documentation

• Coordinating meetings with partners, clients, and external stakeholders

Travel coordination and logistics

• Liaising with internal teams, paralegals, and vendors

• Acting as a decision filter and operational gatekeeper

• Proactively keeping the executive accountable to priorities

You are expected to anticipate, not react.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite, founders, or managing partners

• Prior experience in legal, law firm, or professional services environments (required)

• Fluent English (C1/C2) with an almost native accent

• Strong written communication and professional presence

• High discretion, reliability, and judgment

• Based in Colombia or Latin America
