About Latino Legends & Our Client

At Latino Legends, we connect exceptional Latin American tech talent with industry-leading global companies.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a top-tier U.S. marketing technology company specializing in innovative, data-driven digital solutions and high-performance product delivery systems. Expanding its global digital footprint, the company offers a fast-paced, modern environment where developers work directly with cutting-edge tech without being weighed down by legacy code.

The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will serve as a technical anchor for the IT and Marketing Technology teams. You won't just write code—you will architect and scale end-to-end solutions powering everything from high-performance microsites to complex delivery engines and social media integrations across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Technical Qualifications & Requirements

We are seeking a hands-on technical leader with deep "under-the-hood" knowledge of full-stack ecosystems and a focus on software craftsmanship:

• Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience at a Senior level.

• Backend Mastery: Expertise in C#, .NET, Core/MVC, and Entity Framework. Strong experience designing robust RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Frontend Proficiency: Advanced skills in TypeScript/JavaScript and Angular (v12+). Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, and web performance optimization.

• DevOps & Cloud: Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure (or AWS/GCP). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

• AI-Forward Engineering: Fluent in using AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) as part of your daily workflow to accelerate design, coding, testing, and reviews while maintaining strict standards for security and code quality.

• Software Architecture: Solid grasp of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, Unit Testing/TDD, and Agile/SCRUM practices.

• Leadership & Mentorship: Comfortable running peer code reviews, establishing best practices, and collaborating across cross-functional, distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Build: Lead the development of modern applications using current .NET Core and Angular frameworks.

• Collaborate: Work alongside stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into clear, scalable technical roadmaps.

• Set Standards: Maintain high standards for clean, secure, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and champion continuous delivery.

• Champion AI Best Practices: Help integrate AI coding tools into daily team workflows and guide teammates on getting the most out of them.

• Drive Innovation: Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and techniques to keep the engineering organization at the cutting edge.

Why Apply?

• Modern Stack: Work with a cloud-native tech stack (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, .NET Core, Angular) free from heavy legacy maintenance.

• Culture & Balance: Enjoy a collaborative, high-performing team environment that respects work-life balance with dedicated personal time off and U.S. holidays.

• Career Growth: Opportunities for continuous learning, internal training, and expanding your technical influence.
